Who we are
College Connect ("we," "us," "our") operates collegeconnect.zenso.ca as an independent education and funding advisory service. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
What we do — and don't do
- We are an independent advisor. We are not a career college, government agency, or registered training provider.
- We may receive compensation from career colleges when we refer a qualified lead who enrolls, but this does not change what we charge you: our assessment and advice are free to you.
- We do not guarantee eligibility for any government grant or program. Eligibility is determined solely by the relevant government body (e.g., Employment Ontario, WorkBC) or, for employer-driven grants, by the employer and provincial ministry involved.
- We do not guarantee admission to, or outcomes from, any training program.
The referral process
If, based on your assessment, we believe a specific college and program may be a good fit, we will tell you which one before sharing any of your information with them. We will not make that introduction, or share your personal information with any college, until you've explicitly confirmed you want it.
SMS / text message terms
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following:
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future text messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
- Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of using our services.
- Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is."
