Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 — this policy applies to collegeconnect.zenso.ca
Who we are
College Connect ("we," "us," "our") operates collegeconnect.zenso.ca as an independent education and funding advisory service. We are not a career college, government agency, or registered training provider. Our mailing address is Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at [email protected].
What information we collect
When you use our forms, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, province of residence, employment or education background, and your stated interest in specific programs or funding types. We also collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.
Why we collect it
- To assess your situation and which government funding programs you may be eligible for
- To contact you about your assessment, by phone, email, or text message, based on the consent you provide
- To identify a potential training provider (career college) that may fit your needs
- To improve our services and marketing (in aggregate, non-identifying form where possible)
When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with a specific career college after we've told you which college and program we think fits, and you've explicitly confirmed you want that introduction made. We do not share your information with any college before that confirmation step. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate this business (e.g., our CRM platform, GoHighLevel), bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
Your consent
By submitting a form on this site, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described here. Where we ask separately for consent to send marketing messages or text messages, that consent is optional and distinct from submitting the form itself — declining it does not prevent us from following up regarding your assessment request.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of using our services.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, and withdraw your consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
